The Melissa Institute expanded its Bullying Prevention Youth Conference Series to Albizu University in Doral in January. With 20 children in 4th and 5th grades from John I. Smith K-8 and Eugenia B. Thomas K-8 Center in attendance, the Institute tackled bullying prevention, up-stander interventions and social-emotional development.
