Internet Safety and Cyberbullying

Participants will learn:

• Ways to talk to children and teenagers about internet safety
• Tips to increase internet safety and digital citizenship
• Creating an internet use contract to encourage good digital citizenship

Active Bystander Trainings

Participants will learn:

• How to recognize signs of power-based violence
• Their power as an active bystander to prevent power-based violence such as bullying, harassment, intimate partner violence, and sexual assault.
• How to implement strategies to intervene

Positive Parenting

Participants will learn positive parenting strategies such as logical/natural consequences, nurturing a growth mindset, the use of choices, and emotional regulation tools

Childhood Aggression

Participants will learn:

• Types of aggression and possible factors contributing to childhood aggression
• The impact of childhood aggression
• Strategies on how to respond to aggression
