Working Together
Since 1996 The Melissa Institute has partnered with a long list of organizations working to create safer communities in Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach and Monroe counties.
What your donations can do to help:
- $50 allows us to sponsor a child to participate in one of our bullying prevention workshops;
- $100 allows us to purchase books for 5 Head Start classrooms;
- $1,000 provides for 10 professionals or students to attend our annual May Conference
- $1,500 allows us to train 5 people in ACT Raising Safe Kids, a parenting program that enhances protective factors and aims to reduce abuse and neglect of young children.
