On April 21st, Marianne Meichenbaum, beloved wife of Dr. Donald Meichenbaum was a pedestrian who was tragically killed while crossing the street. Don is one of The Institute’s Founders and the Research Director of the Melissa Institute.
Marianne was a very special kind and loving woman who was the love of Don’s life. She was a devoted mother and grandmother and beloved by all who were fortunate enough to know her. Our heartfelt support and prayers go out to Don and his entire family at this very difficult time.
Don asked that donations to honor Marianne’s memory be made to The Institute. Like Don, she was very supportive of the work of The Melissa Institute since its inception.
