About the conference: Conference Presenters included Jim Larson, Ph.D., Professor Emeritus of Psychology and former Director of the School Psychology Training Program at the University of Wisconsin, Whitewater. Dr. Larson is the author of numerous journal articles and book chapters on the subject of preventing violence and intervening in childhood aggression. Florida Department of Juvenile Justice Secretary Wansley Walters served as the Keynote Speaker. Suzanne L. Keeley, Ph.D., President of The Melissa Institute for Violence Prevention and Treatment and a psychologist in private practice, served as Conference Director.
